This amp is one of the early builds fom RocknRoll. Featuring dual EL84's, this beauty puts out about 18w of power to the onboard 12" Marshall speaker. A trio of 12ax7's bring the gain. This amp has a 'Marshall' vibe to it, both in looks and tone. With the gain down, this amp has a gorgeous clean tone- enable the Bright/Brighter switch to add some beautiful sparkle. All the way to '10' on the gain, you'll find a lot of usable tones- from sassy blues to early VH. This amp is incredibly reponsive. Lighten up your pick attack and the amp cleans up, dig in an the amp is right there with you. It really becomes an extension of your playing...Excellent. The amp has been professionally modded with a solid state rectifier for a tighter overall tone. Dual 4 & 8 ohm jacks on the bottom allow you to run this into a cabinet. As good as this sounds as a combo, it will absolutely blow you away through a 4x12. Measuring 24" x 20" x 9" and just 40 lbs, this is the perfect gigging/session amp.
