The alder body is cut the classic curves of the early 80's San Dimas contours that made Charvel famous.
The guitar's weight enables a nice balance between natural resonance and midrange push.
These fantastic vibrations are grabbed by a classic pair of Seymour Duncan USA pickups- a JB in the bridge and 59 in the neck.
The 3-way switch here enables some great pickup combinations in combination with the P/P volume- 3-Position Blade: Position 1. Bridge Pickup, Position 2. Both Inner Coils, Position 3. Neck Pickup. (Split Engaged) - Position 1. Bridge Outer Coil, Position 2. Both Outer Coils, Position 3. Neck Outer Coil.
Add to that the No-Load tone control and you have a world of sounds at your fingertips.
This Pro Mod features a super thin maple neck and that awesome Strat headstock they were allowed to bring back, and this time it's color matched!
The maple fretboard has 22 jumbo frets and a compound 12"-16" radius for superbly fast playability and comfort in all registers.
