Italian guitar phenom Marco Sfogli, of progressive metal bands PFM and Icefish, is a highly regarded and highly influential player. His technical genius and proficiency in any genre have been showcased through his own solo efforts and at countless recording sessions, including work on Dream Theater vocalist James LaBrie’s solo albums and his own role as a JamTrackCentral instructor.
The alder body is cut the classic curves of the early 80s super strat and features a quilt maple top.
The guitar's weight enables a nice balance between natural resonance and midrange push.
These fantastic vibrations are grabbed by a trio of EMG active pickups- an 89 and dual SA single coils.
The 89 coil taps off the volume- enabling HSS and SSS tones.

This Sflogli features a caramelized maple neck with the Speed Neck profile, and of course, that awesome Strat headstock they were allowed to bring back.
The caramelized maple fretboard has 22 jumbo frets and a compound 12"-16" radius for superbly fast playability and comfort in all registers.
With a hand rubbed gel finish, and rolled fingerboard edges, this is one of the most comfortable necks ever to come from Charvel.
The icing on the cake is the Floyd Rose 1000 double locking tremolo- backrouted so you can dive into the depths or pull into the stratosphere, always coming back in tune.
