Gibson USA Tribal Flying V Satin White Electric Guitar w/OHSC and COA #20/350

$ 1,399.95

Welcome, you are looking at a great piece.
This is the 2009 Gibson USA Tribal Flying V Satin White Electric Guitar.
24.75" scale length. 1.69" nut width. 8 lbs 2 oz.
.77"-.89" 1st to 12th fret neck depth.
This Flying V is part of Gibson's 2009 Limited Run Series- #20 of 350 Tribals produced.
This Flying V starts off with a mahogany body and set neck, finished in satin white.
The mahogany brings in the lows and sweet mids while the light weight and satin finish enable good natural resonance.
The body is chambered for a lighter weight, which also adds in some really nice resonance.
Grabbing up that great tone and adding fantastic push are the 500T and 496R pickups.
The 500 measures 14.98k ohms and the 496 measures 8.28k- perfect for excellent bridge crunch and big neck sustains.
This is an absolute tone machine.
The neck here has a comfortable oval C profile- .80"-.97" 1st to 12th fret neck depth with a satin finish.
Combine that with the 12" rosewood fingerboard radius, and you have a exceptional player.
The icing on the cake is the Kahler USA tremolo system, which allows you to dive or pull- all with that smooth Kahler feel.
The locking tuners keep it all in tune.
The look here is great- Satin White finish with painted Tribal Flames, Tribal headstock graphics, and black hardware.
This Limited V is in good +/- overall condition as you can see in pics- there are the bumps and bruises you expect on a thin satin finish.
The rosewood board has typically shrunk a bit as well.
But nothing that affects the performance whatsoever.
The frets here are clean- set up with action of 3/32" at the 12th fret low E.
This auction includes the original hardshell case in pics and original COA.
This is your chance to get your hands on a very low number Limited Run example.
