This is the 1995 Martin D12-28 Natural Acoustic Guitar.
24.9" scale. 1.90" nut width. 15.5" bottom bout. 4.5" deep.
.78"-.88" 1st to 10th fret neck depth.
The Martin D12-28 is possibly the perfect 12 string acoustic.
The full-sized dreadnought body follows the classic Martin profile. Constructed of East Indian rosewood and solid spruce, the voice of this guitar is warm yet aritculate, very full but with the quintessential 12 string sparkle as well.
A beautiful tone that sits well in the mix but has a big sonic footprint.
The neck is mahogany with a Martin's modified low oval profile, and the ebony fretboard is adorned with large/small dot inlays.
The look here is beautiful- multi-ply body binding and chrome hardware.

This Martin is in good overall condition- the bridge was professionally reglued and there are the typical scratches from normal use/age.
The frets here are clean- set up with action of 7/64" at the 12th fret low E.
