Breedlove USA Custom C22 C22/R Rosewood Acoustic Electric Guitar w/OHSC Used
Welcome, you are looking at a great piece.
This is the Breedlove Custom C22/R Acoustic Electric Guitar.
25.5" scale. 1.75" nut width. 15.5" bottom bout. 4.25" deep.
We were an authorized Breedlove dealer in the early 2000's and custom ordered this beauty to the customer's specs.
A stunning work of art from head to toe.
This C22 starts off with a tightly grained rosewood body and a spruce top.
These woods have over 15 years of seasoning from being lovingly played by renowned guitarist Larry Meyer
There is a depth and sweetness you just won't find on most new guitars.
The body and soundhole are bound in single ply and abalone purfling.
The tone here acoustically is warm and full, with a top end that cuts through the mix while retaining a big sonic footprint for ingle note lines.
The projection here is exceptional, but should you need to reach the back of the hall, this C22/R has the Fishman Prefix Pro Blend pickup/preamp system onboard.
This system features internal and well as transducer pickups.
With a 3 band EQ, pickup blend, frequency select, notch, and phase.
Set flat, this system delivers the beautiful natural tone of this Breedlove, but there is more than enough flexibility to easily tune to a room.
An exceptional instrument.
The mahogany neck here has a comfortable oval C, almost very soft V, profile- .87"- 1" 1st to 12th fret neck depth.
The neck is topped by a sleek ebony fingerboard with a 16" radius.
The fretboard features multi-ply binding and a custom 'woman' inlay that goes from the 10th to 16th frets.
This Breedlove is in good+ overall condition- there are the typical marks you expect on an instrument nearing its 20th birthday- examples in pics.
Nothing that affects the performance whatsoever.
The frets here are clean- set up with action of 3/32" at the 12th fret low E.
This Breedlove includes the original hardshell case in fair condition.
This is your chance to get your hands on a very special Breedlove USA custom example.
Don't pass this by!
