This is a vintage 1950s Vega Odell Due-Tron E-202 Archtop Hollowbody Electric Guitar.
It weighs 5 lbs 11 oz, 25" scale, 1.68" nut width
.86"-1.03" 1st to 10th fret neck depth.
16.25" bottom bout, 3.5" thick.
The fully hollow maple body, back/sides gives you incredible note articulation, brightness, volume, projection, while the set mahogany neck provides excellent tone transfer.
Just setup, the frets are clean.
Inside, the Vega label reads No. 8338 Model E-202.
Interestingly, there is another stamp 871H1310, which was used by Harmony and leads to one of their top of the line archtop cutaways, much like this!
We re-wired the harness so all electronics work as they should.
Glued the back/sides, which tightened up the seams.
However, this is listed as a "project" as the truss rod is missing its nut, we can't tighten it to lower the neck relief resulting in some pretty high action, about 1/8" at the 12th fret.
Along with all the normal play wear (marks/scratches, dings/dents, finish wear and finish checking), there are some areas where the binding is separating, and other areas where the back/sides are slightly separating.

We added an end pin, and a rubber "stopper" the hides the wires.
This guitar is pretty valuable as it is, and in the right hands you'll have an incredible vintage jazz box that rivals Gibson.
No case is included, but we package like a fortress and insure in full.
