This is a vintage Ibanez 2372 Lawsuit LP Recording Electric Guitar.
It weighs 9 lbs 3 oz. 24.75" scale, 1.70" nut width.
Manufactured in the famous Motsumuko factory between 1971-1974, a direct copy of the Les Paul Recording guitar.
A rare find, with incredible craftsmanship.
Mahogany body, bolted on maple neck housing a rosewood board.
Excellent tone transfer, great mid-range, and thick sustain.
Grabbing up all of this natural resonance are a pair of original Maxon pickups!
Controls for Volume, Tone, Treble, and Bass, along with a 3-way pickup selector and a Phase In/Out switch - super cool!
This allows for a nearly endless palette of tonal options.
This guitar was just professionally setup, and the frets are clean.
Typical play wear - marks/scratches, dings/dents.
There is a slight 'hump' in the neck, and it only seems to effect the last 3 frets which are a little 'clanky'.
