A softer tonewood, sassafras is sonically similar to mahogany and walnut with shimmery highs, creamy mids and lows and excellent note articulation.
Grabbing up that tone is a pair of Seymour Duncan USA humbuckers- a JB in the bridge and a 59 in the neck.
This gives you access to everything from high gain bridge crunch to syrupy neck sustains.
The electronics here are very cool- the 3-way switch enables hum, inner coils, hum operation.
