B&G wanted to recreate the feel and tone of the 20s and 30s blues guitars, the Little Sister is the result.
This beauty starts off with a gorgeous 1-piece Honduran mahogany body (check that grain pattern!)- this, combined with the solid figured maple top and light weight, enables a good balance of pushed mids and natural resonance.
Dual B&G handmade alnico 2 and 5 P90s grab that natural tone and add in complex mids.
Bright yet full bridge tones and sweet neck sustains.
The gloss soft V mahogany neck fits your hand like a glove.
The 12” radius rosewoood fingerboard and 20 frets facilitate fluid leads and choke free bends.
The look here is stunning- Nitro Tobacco Sunburst finish showing off the figured maple, sweeping Honduran mahogany grains, natural binding, and gold hardware.
This Little Sister is in very good overall condition as you can see in pictures- typical marks from normal use and a small ding on the fingerboard.
The frets here are clean, set up with action of 3/32" at the 12th fret low E.
