This is the Vintage 1969 Fender USA Super Reverb Silverface Drip Edge Electric Guitar Amplifier.
Serial#: A41621. Pots, speakers, transformers, etc date to '69. The Fender Super Reverb is an institution unto itself.
45 watts of all tube power with onboard tremolo.
It doesn't get any better than this.
The tone here is absolutely huge yet still articulate.
Plugged into channel one with a Strat, I got that glorious Fender clean- lots of compression and tight bottom end but with plenty of sparkle.
Channel 2 with the tremolo on was just mind-numbingly good.
I was able to conjure up several classic tones in seconds.
Of course, I had to crank it up and check out the amazing tube sustain- I'm happy to say it was everything I hoped for.
All of this great tone runs into the 4 10" Special Design speakers. A classic tone machine.
This beauty is in good overall condition as you can see in pictures- typical wear from age and normal use as well as some static in the Bright switches, and there is a jack cup in front, I believe it was a direct access to the speakers at some point.
Professionally retubed and biased in 2021.
