This is a 1969 Guild DE 400 Duane Eddy Electric Guitar.
The extremely rare limited run DE 400 was Guild's flagship model signature guitar for the 'King of Twang', and is now one of the most sought-after vintage Guilds.
It's in exceptionally good condition for a 57 year old guitar.
Just setup, the neck is set to optimal playing relief and the frets are clean. Typical playwear, some marks/scratches, and beautiful finish checking.
