Welcome to All Music Inc!
Right now, you're looking at an incredible horn.
This is a 1945 Conn 10M Naked Lady Tenor Saxophone.
The 10M is arguably the most famous of all Conn tenor sax models.
It's the most desired, and the most beautiful sounding.
This has the famous "naked lady" engraving on its gold washed bell.
The serial # 313XXX dates this horn to 1945, amazing!
This particular horn has a beautifully rich, and dark tone that's great for jazz and all other genres.
Nice and throaty throughout all the registers.
It's an amazing horn to play on due to its ease of play, even pitch throughout all the notes.
It pays great attention to dynamic control as well.
Our in house technician just serviced this 10M, so the intonation and action are spot on, and all pads seal correctly.
Aside from its incredible tone and playability, the next best thing about this horn is its condition.
You would never believe this is original lacquer, 80 years old.
Exhibiting all the normal play wear, marks/scratches, lacquer wear etc. that you'd expect from a horn made in 1945, and even includes its original case.
Please carefully look through all of our detailed photos for a better visual description.
As time goes on, it's getting harder and harder to find these horns, especially in this condition.
Don't miss out on a piece of Conn history with this 1945 10M Naked Lady.
Thanks for looking!
