Welcome, you are looking at a great piece.
This is the *B-Stock* Michael Kelly 1964 SuperStrat Trans Black Electric Guitar.
25.5" scale. 43mm nut width. 8 lbs 6 oz.
.75"-.88" 1st to 12th fret neck depth.
Michael Kelly has been creating some very cool instruments as of late, and this 1964 is a monster example.
The alder back/quilted maple veneer body creates a fantastic natural tone- deep lows with a sweet midrange push.
A trio of Rockenfield pickups- a Fat Ass humbucker in the bridge, a Fat Single in the middle, and a Fat Stack in the neck- grab up this natural tone and add their own character.
The bridge and neck pickups tap off the controls, so all of your favorite 'Strat' tones are onboard as well.
Exceptionally cool.
The maple/pau ferro neck here is comfortable with a satin oval C profile.
Add to that the 10.5"-16" compound radius and you have a bender's dream.
The icing on the cake is the Floyd Rose Special double locking tremolo.
Backrouted, this allows you to dive into the depths or pull into the stratosphere.
The look here is classic- trans black finish showing off the quilt top, single ply binding, quilt headstock overlay, and black chrome hardware.
This guitar is b-stock due to finish scratches/light hazing from the factory- nothing that affects the performance whatsoever.
This is your chance to get your hands on a great outing from Michael Kelly.
