The VE880 was designed by celebrated builder, Paul Brett.
This guitar features a solid spruce top and Acacia back/sides.
The woods here are satin finished, enabling the woods to react naturally.
The natural projection here is very good, but should you need to reach the back of the hall, this guitar has the Fishman Flex active preamp onboard.
This preamp allows the natural tone to come through, while the Volume, Bass, and Treble controls are located on the side for easy reach and a clean aesthetic.
The mahogany neck has an oval C profile and satin finish, for a fast and comfortable playing guitar.
The look here is fantastic- natural finish, rope body purfling and rosette, small dot/custom 12th fret inlays, and gold hardware.
