This is a 1970's Guild Madeira P-812 12-String Acoustic Guitar.
It weighs 5 lbs 6 oz, 25.5" scale, 1.88" nut width.
Made in Japan in the mid 1970s.
Solid spruce top, beautiful curly maple HPL back/sides.
Nice and bright, with lots of projection.
It's like holding an entire orchestra in your hands!
Shimmering chords and great note articulation.
It's in good overall condition, especially considering its age.
Just setup, the neck is straight and the frets are clean. Surprisingly low action especially for a vintage 12-string.
Normal marks/scratches, and finish hazing.
